Hi friends! I didn’t win the Power Ball lottery this weekend so my dreams of hiring a personal chef and never having to decide, “what’s for dinner?” will have to wait for the time being.
I have several new recipes I want to share with you however; the weather in San Diego as been rainy and gloomy (Hola el Nino). My food photography skills are already mediocre at best, but with little bright natural light they look like something out of Frankenstein’s kitchen – if he had a kitchen!
So today I’ve done a round-up of recipes already on the blog that have been on our menu the past couple weeks.
We had this cheesy goodness for dinner Sunday evening.
A slow cooker meal is always in rotation the days that Dani has Art or Karate class in the evening
These enchiladas are so quick to make especially when you use a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store.
No one seems to tire of this meatloaf recipe.
I have a batch of these muffins in the oven as I write this so there are healthy snacks on hand for myself as well as the kiddos.
Hopefully, the weather will cooperate I can get some decent pictures taken of my new recipes in the next couple of weeks. Be sure to come back next Tuesday, as I am sharing all our favorite gluten-free staples. Everything from pancake mix to snacks for the kiddos lunch box.
