This will be a short and sweet wrap-up because the cold that Princess Dani had, came and paid myself and the hubby a visit and therefore, there was no #deathbykayla workouts last week. Truth be told, our bodies probably needed the break.
Once I was feeling better, I did manage to get a couple of decent walks in. One of which was at Black’s Beach, which has a killer hill that I am still feeling in my glutes!
As of October 25th I have completed 66 miles towards my 150 for the Fall Charity Challenge and contributed just over $13 to my charity, Operation Smile. $13 doesn’t sound like a lot but when you consider that I earned that money by simply walking my dog, it’s pretty cool. Every dollar counts right? I’m a little behind schedule due to taking care of my daughter when she was sick, then getting sick myself so the next few weeks I am going to have to increase the number of days per week that I walk or run if I want to meet my goal. So far both the hubby and myself are healthy this week so we should be able to resume with Week 1 of the BBG workouts. Have a great week yourself!
