Well, hello there! Sorry my Weekly Workout Wrap-Up is a little late. I know you’ve been waiting on pins and needles to see what we’ve been up to right? Well, the answer is not a whole lot as far as workouts are concerned which is why I chose to recap two weeks in one post. Princess D was sick beginning October 5 and did not go back to school until October 14th. So needless to say, my time was spent caring for her, cuddling on the couch, and watching movies.
A few important things to mention about the BBG Week 3 and Week 4 workouts:
- I now know why there is the hash tag #deathbykayla on Instagram.
- I think I would rather give natural childbirth a shot than do 10 burpees. I can actually only do 7 the first time around and am lucky if I can eek out 5 on the second go-around.
- Unlike my hubby, I cannot do 20 commandos, nor do I see it happening in the future.
As of October 18th, I have completed 53.34 miles towards my #150 For Charity Challenge. Due to the time off taking care of the Princess, I need to step up my mileage if I want to complete all 150 miles by the end of the challenge in 4 weeks.
