Happy Sunday friends. I hope you’re enjoying what’s left of the weekend before it’s back to the weekday grind. It’s Weekly Workout Wrap Up time and here’s what our workouts consisted of for week 2:
Last week I mentioned I would like to add an additional day of running but that just didn’t happen. Surprisingly, the 2nd week was a bit easier for both the hubby and myself with the exception of those damn burpees and lay down push ups. Week 3 will be a challenge for sure as new exercises are introduced. Enjoy what’s left of your weekend!
